Refund and Returns Policy

Our goal is to make you happy with your purchase. However, if something doesn’t fit  – perhaps it is a little too big or too small – orders are eligible for free 30-day returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn (other than tried for fit), unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items must be free of pet and human hair, stains (including deodorant), dirt, etc.

Once we have received the returned item and are satisfied with its condition, we will gladly refund the amount you paid or exchange the item for a different size or color. 

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Apparel that shows obvious signs of use or has been washed.

  • Apparel without original tags and packaging.

  • Underwear* (panties, bikinis, boxers, briefs), & socks.

  • Customized garments.

  • Exchanged items.

  • Items marked final sale.

* Bras may be tried on for fit. However, to qualify for a return, they must remain in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and completely free of makeup, deodorant, or perfume.

We reserve the rights to refuse a refund or exchange of any item that is deemed to have been damaged, washed, or soiled. 

Returns process

We understand that shopping online can be challenging when you can’t physically experience the product. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow these steps:

  • Enter your order number and the email address or the zip code used for the purchase.
  • Select the items you wish to return and provide a reason.
  • Choose how you’d like your return to be resolved.
  • A return label and instructions will be sent within 5 business days.

Return resolution options:

  • Exchange for the same item in a different color or size.
  • Exchange for other items from the store. 
  • Refund to the original payment method.
  • Refund as store credit.

Exchanged items are not eligible for another return or exchange. For more information about returns, please contact our customer service at [email protected] and include your order number.

Linen clothing

At menique, we offer a wide assortment of handmade linen clothing and home textiles. Even though we maintain a small stock of our bestsellers, the majority of our linen products are made-to-order. Their production requires time and effort, so we encourage you to consider your purchase carefully. We understand the risks of purchasing online, but as a brand committed to sustainability, we advise against ordering with the sole intention of returning items after trying them.

As a brand trying to push for zero-waste and a positive change, we invite you to break the cycle of frequent purchasing and returning and be more mindful of the environmental impact this process can have.
